After the countertop is installed by professional processing and installation personnel, users are not allowed to perform unreasonable disassembly, installation and stepping to avoid breaking or cracking the countertop.
The surface of the countertop is generally not burned by high temperature, but it must be avoided to be directly exposed to high temperature or to be heated locally for a long time. Do not place hot household utensils directly on the countertop to dissipate heat. It is recommended to use pot mats with good heat insulation to protect your countertop. Do not use heavy objects to impact or sharp tools to hit the countertop, especially in weak areas such as stoves and basins.
If there are particularly difficult to remove sticky substances such as rubber, nail polish, and paint on the countertop, you can use a knife to gently scrape it if necessary. When scraping, you need to control the force to avoid damaging the countertop. The countertop should be cleaned with clean water in time after contact with non-neutral detergents and chemical solvents. Long-term exposure to strong sunlight will affect the gloss of the surface.
